How our standalone pilot program works

Keep it simple

Picking the right practice will allow us to get your pilot up and running quickly, and with minimal operational disruption.

The right practice profile is one with an older patient cohort.  The practice refers to a small subset of specialists and refers patients for imaging services.

We strongly suggest your orthopedic department. Securing the patient supply lines to imaging is a major priority for healthcare systems and orthopedic surgical patients usually require post-operative rehabilitation.

This will give you a full appreciation for how GetReferd seamlessly increases patient access to care, minimizes administrative burdens and exceeds your patients’ expectations.

Sign in, set up and start referring.

Once you select your pilot practice locations your dedicated account manager will set up the GetReferd accounts and invite the participating practice managers to sign up.

The Account Manager will then be responsible for setting up a start date and spend two days onsite at the pilot locations.

Your Account Manager will walk each pilot practices’ team through how to use the platform, in a step by step fashion.  This will include sending mock referrals between the locations so each user is comfortable with using the platform and familiar with the core functionality of GetReferd.

Your Account Manager is available 7 days a week to support the pilot locations and a weekly conference call will be scheduled to support the practices and review the data.

More than just sent and scheduled.

We actively monitor the pilot performance on a daily basis, your Account Manager will update you with a report including feedback from all participants involved from each pilot practice.

The full analysis will include feedback from your team about the platform’s usability. A full patient cohort analysis including, the total number of referrals sent, broken down by provider; the total number of referrals scheduled, broken down by provider; the average time to schedule appointments, and the average wait time for appointments.

Once you review the results and analyze the data provided from the performance report you can decide, with confidence, if GetReferd is the right fit for your organization.

To integrate or not to integrate?

GetReferd was designed to run in a standalone environment. No integration is necessary.  Setup is simple and quick with minimal administrative disruption. However, if your healthcare system requires an integration for optimal operations, it’s a turn-key process. GetReferd has partnered with Redox for a seamless solution when it comes to system integrations.
